I’ve had a number of conversations with a fantastic plant-based cook called Charlotte. Even though I’m a carnivore, I eat many more plant-based dishes than I used to, I can’t be alone in this. There must be others like me. Anyhow, we are discussing a number of projects and I will let you know.
We’ve also been working very closely with a company called Nutritional Edge to produce frozen GWH meals. These I hope will be ready before Christmas and will only be available to members of GWH.
My work improving the health and weight of nurses continues, but this week we started working with a group of students at Loughborough University. They aren’t looking for weight loss – what they want is better nutrition through easy recipes. This we can easily do for them and, like the nurses, we will film it and put it across social media.
