We’re in the middle of filming a MasterChef series. There is a great deal of fun. I can’t wait for you to see it. Staying with the same theme, Professional Masterchef must be out soon. I’m not sure exactly when but I’ve been doing press for it which is a sign it’s imminent.

I attended a fantastic show at the NEC in Birmingham. It was the PPMA Show, involving state-of-the-art technology in food wrapping and distribution. As you would expect, green issues played a major role with all of the big players focused on the environment with some fabulous innovation, you can see some of the interviews on their website.

I’ve got a new friend, a really interesting lady that I’m looking forward to working with quite closely in the future. Her name is Charlotte and on Instagram she is @theplantbasedadventures. She, very much like, me really wants to impact on the nation’s health and promote more plant-based cookery.

My work with the nurses at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester continues with, I have to say, some remarkable results in five weeks. We’ve had one nurse lose a stone, two lose half a stone, and most of them at least a pound a week. News of this will be on social media soon.
