The highlight of my week was a Singleton Whisky event at the restaurant Mere owned by Monica Galetti. I know the lady is a friend of mine, but she’s a class act and it was an absolutely fabulous event.
Speaking of friends, my friend Nisha Palmer has released a book full of fabulous Indian-inspired recipes called Share. We made Pani Puri and a knockout coconut and lime leaf panna cotta. Well done, Nisha.
We had old family friends around at the weekend, lovely to see them. We had dinner and watched a lot of rugby. Well done England Rugby. What a great turn around of fortune.
