London

I had a whole week filming in London which means I stay in London. My day starts around five. Well, that’s usually when I get up and I turn off at 8 pm normally asleep at nine. So when you see me up really early in the morning, I’ve probably had more sleep than you.

Being in London means I get to train directly with my trainer Danny Rai. His studio is called Train London.

I had a couple of interesting meetings one with a guy called Alessandro, whose company have bought a controlling interest in Eataly. If you’re not sure what that is, I strongly suggest you check it out.

I did have a lovely dinner with my new Bestie, who I am calling Dr Claire. She is one of the country’s leading menopause experts and she wants to reach more people, and she wants to do it on my GreggWallace.health website which I’m absolutely chuffed about.

We had dinner at my club Home House. There’s a new chef in there and it shows – I had a wonderful plate of beef.

I did manage to get home this weekend to see the family drink a glass of wine and eat well. Home is where I eat the best and the most healthy food.
