I was in Italy most of the week with my wife Anna. What a lovely lovely time. A couple of nights in Positano then a private boat over to the island of Capri and then a night in a tiny little harbour town, Vico Equense.
Neither Positano or Capri are cheap but they are stunningly beautiful and the food and wine is fantastic.
I also attended the opening night of restaurant Khao Soi from MasterChef champion, Chariya. What a lovely lovely night and I wish her the very best of luck – she is an amazing cook and the food was wonderful.
Saturday night saw a big table and a family dinner at a pub close to me in Kent. Not a great dinner, but always good to spend time with the family.
Sunday evening I attempted to cook sweet-and-sour chicken in a faster time than my Anna could order and collect from the takeaway. Do have a look at GreggWallace.health social media for the results.
