It’s been a lovely week mostly at home. I did appear on a podcast about men’s mental health, very deep, very personal, but very honest.
I had a fabulous lunch at Scott’s restaurant in Mayfair with an old friend of mine – Mick McGee. Haven’t seen him for a while – he loves his food, loves his wine, loves his sport. It was his treat and it was incredibly kind of him. Thank you, Mick.
I’ve been working on a podcast of my own that will probably come out in November. It’s called Gregg Wallace – A Piece of Cake and it’s all about health and well-being. I’m very excited about it. I can’t wait.
I’ve been working very hard on the new Gregg Wallace Health website, which I’m sure you’ll see very soon, and talking in depth to professionals in the health industry about the importance of food education to tackle obesity.
I was on Radio 2 live with the fantastic Zoe Ball. That was incredible – fun and lots of high energy discussing, of course, the upcoming semifinals on Celebrity MasterChef.
