I’ve had a fabulous Christmas, I’m hoping that you have too. It was pretty chilled, my oldest children and now heading to 30 years old and there doesn’t seem a desire to drink loads, listen to music and stay up late.
I didn’t eat and drink too much. Okay, I put on a couple of pounds but nothing compared to what I thought it might be. In fact, I’ve come out of Christmas relatively unscathed and feeling good about it.
I don’t celebrate New Year’s Eve, I’ve never really enjoyed it – babysitters want double, taxis want double, restaurants restrict their menu and charge more. Not only that, I don’t want to still be eating at midnight.
I posted a picture of me and Sid on the sofa in my office, having a cuddle, and it may well have been my most viewed picture ever.
There was a fabulous piece about GreggWallace.health in the Mail on Sunday. Thank you Mail on Sunday and thank you to Lou Plank who looks after all of my PR. It turned into the biggest day GreggWallace.health has ever had.
Anyway, here’s wishing you everything you hope for in 2024.
