Fabulous week – busy certainly, little too much socialising, but a really lovely week.
First up, I have to mention BBC Children in Need. Fabulous event with MasterChef and some of the country’s most famous puppets. It was incredible fun to do and I’m really proud of the finished result, and the whole Children in Need event.
I did some more work on my upcoming podcast Gregg Wallace - A Piece of Cake. We expect to launch that in January. I will most certainly let you know.
I had dinner with my eldest son, Tom, and an old family friend, Vincent. We went to Brigade in Tooley Street, London. Brigade is run as a charity and it helps people whose lives may have unravelled to get back into work. As well as that the place has a wonderful buzz and serves great food.
We did have a fantastic celebration for 20 years of MasterChef. I can’t tell you more because it was filmed, but it was a wonderful event and actually quite emotional.
I attended the Zoe‘s Place black tie event at Coombe Abbey Hotel. This is a truly wonderful charity and I’m very proud and humbled to be a very small part of the work they do.
We actually auctioned dinner at Gregg‘s house with his family and raised quite a bit of money. I’ve never done this before. I’m so much looking forward to it.
This weekend saw my daughter Libby visiting and we are filming lots of content for GreggWallace.health socials.
